Help & answers

Frequently asked questions

Learning, invitations, subscriptions, and getting started.

What can I learn?

Practise Spanish verbs, review vocabulary, write sentences, and work through guided exercises with AI feedback.

Can I sign in now?

Yes. Create an account with Google sign-in. Signing in alone does not start a paid subscription or a payment-card trial. Access to learning features requires a valid invitation or a subscription when checkout is available.

What is Friends & Family access?

An invitation gives you three calendar months of full access from the day you claim it. No card is needed, and you will not be billed when it ends. Access expires automatically, your progress stays saved, and the owner can extend your access. A paid subscription requires a separate checkout.

How do paid subscriptions and trials work?

When paid signup is available, Stripe Managed Payments shows the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, any eligible trial, and renewal terms before you subscribe. Stripe acts as merchant of record for eligible purchases. A subscription trial requires a payment method and becomes paid unless you cancel before it ends. Friends & Family access is separate and never converts automatically.

How do I cancel a paid subscription?

Open Settings → Account in the app and choose Manage subscription to use the Stripe billing portal. Cancel before the next renewal or trial deadline to avoid the next charge. If you cannot access cancellation, email [email protected].

What languages are supported?

Levitutor currently teaches Spanish. You can switch the app instructions between English and Spanish.

What is the AI tutor?

Levi provides AI-assisted practice and feedback within structured exercises. AI corrections and suggestions can make mistakes; use them as learning guidance.

How much time per day?

Try ten minutes a day. Short, focused sessions can fit around your routine, and you can practise for longer when you want.

What if I’m not a complete beginner?

The exercises are especially suited to learners building confidence at A1–B1. You can choose the practice that fits your current level.

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes. Levitutor runs in your phone’s browser as well as on desktop. Microphone features require browser permission and a supported device.

How do I add Levitutor to my Home Screen?

On iPhone or iPad, open the Levitutor page you want to save in Safari. Tap Share (the square with an upward arrow); depending on your Safari layout, you may need to open the More (…) menu first. Choose Add to Home Screen, confirm the name, then tap Add. If Add to Home Screen is missing, scroll down in the share menu and tap Edit Actions to add it. You can then open Levitutor from the new icon on your Home Screen.
