1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Levitutor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account creation

Levitutor uses Google sign-in for authentication. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and you are at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Subscription and billing

Levitutor offers a 7-day free trial, after which your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan. Payment is processed through Stripe. By starting a trial, you agree to provide a valid payment method, and you authorise Levitutor to charge your payment method upon trial expiration unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected). You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

5. Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital services, Levitutor does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you experience technical issues, please contact support at [email protected].

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Levitutor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorised use of your account

7. AI features disclaimer

Levitutor includes AI-powered features for correction, generation, and progression guidance. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are not guaranteed to be correct or complete. The Service is provided as a learning aid, and you should verify important information independently.

8. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Levitutor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levitutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
